Collecting a final payment from Google Adsense

A friend of mine has closed down his Blog on Blogger.com and would like to collect final payment if possible, though it does not meet the $150 minimum payout. Is this possible?

Most likely, you will have the options to login to your Adsense account and request the money you are owed. Obviously, they won't keep your earnings if you are no longer with the company.

Google will issue payment in about 90 days if you are the one who terminated the account. That is contingent on such things as whether or not there are holds on the funds.

You can learn more here.

Beverly is right about it if you donot close the accoiunt then payment will not be released before 100$ and if you want to close your account then yes they will release the payment in about 90 days of closure/...
I hope you will find the answer helpful .
Thanks

Yeah, if the Adsense account is active then you have to wait for the minimum $150 before you can withdraw. But I wonder why you need to close your Adsense account, is it just to be able to withdraw the balance? I have been reading complaints about difficulty of getting an Adsense account approved. If you would ask me, it's a big waste to close an Adsense account.

Certainly, you get paid if you're closing your account but you have to wait for like 3 months to get your pay but certainly you'll be paid.If I may suggest you could leave your blog and continue a new blog elsewhere instead of closing this, you could still be earning from the traffic to the blog.
