They do. Atleast I'm confident about facebook, as once I did contacted them for this purpose and they replied in positive way :)

Let me clarify one thing, I did had pleasant experience. It doesn't mean it will happen with everyone. I got fast reply, maybe because I was among first few customers to give feedback :). Now, if you try you might have to wait for long time to get a reply from them.

How is google tos and sponsors related? I mean I can always contact a sponsor and convince him about popularity of my site and get sponsord ads :D

I was talking from google adsense sponsors point of view. Also, when you contact other sponsors don't you think the sponsorer would love to see if the site in which he/she is investing comes in good position in google? :D
