Is it allowable to promote the affiliate link (maybe linking to a specific sales page on seocheckout) on a manual traffic surf program? Do you think this could produce sales? I was thinking maybe if you could find a service on Seocheckout that was targeted to the type of people surfing on the surf exchange and then use your affiliate link for that for the page being promoted, then there would be lots of new sign ups and sales. Is this something you would try?

Yes, you can promote your Seocheckout affiliate links on manual traffic exchanges, just be sure that when you are adding your pages to the traffic exchange(s) that you use the Seocheckout Affiliate ID that doesn't go away after being clicked.
