I recently got a new affiliate and where it tells me where they came from, it says this "dlvr.it/twitter/". What does this mean? I know its obviously something on twitter, but does it mean the affiliate came from a tweet I done? Why doesn't it just have the URL of the Tweet instead of what it says?

I have never used that website to further share my tweets, im not complaining, iv got an extra referral out of it that's made a purchase already, just wondering how I get them lol ::P

Yes. But, Jordan uses (Deliver It !) Service. They have a dlvr.it url shortener. Whatever they post on Twitter is first shortened then posted.
So, t.co is redirected to dlvr.it then to your page.

That referrer looks like it's too: http://dlvr.it/ - Twitter would have http://twitter.com/somethinghere or an actual Tweet URL. I know nothing of that dlvr website but just clarifying that part.
