How to create a Coupon code and offer it to Affiliates I added

I am planning to add Affiliates with the coupon code. I know "How to create coupon for providing Discount in the Seocheckout service" But I want that code to be used by the new members and add that to their Seocheckout Balance.

I am planning to offer 1$ free coupon to attract more affiliates.

I am really excited to know about this. Because coupon code surely attract many new members. It also built me more affiliates. So please help!!
