user levels

was wondering if you get an higher user level, can you also degrade from it? so for example if you level 3 can you go back to level 2?

no i mean for example if for 1 month i did not had sale can you drop down in a lower level?

No.... due to no sale your level may not be decesed. not mention in anywhere in f.a.q etc.
There my be several reasons due to which you can lose your level.
1) If your profile rating is less than 90%
2) If you are delivering uncompleted work or if you will marked your order completed without delivering it
3) If you got infraction due to unwanted and copy paste content on forum.

yes your level will downgrade if you don't follow the site guide line.

You can be demoted if you do not meet the current criteria to be that level.

thats impossible they gave you the status so you met the criteria, criteria always stays the same if you sold 10 or you withdrawaled 1 tiem this can not be changed , does not make much sense what you said.

Ys!!! Recently I got too much new orders & I was level 3 user. But I wasn't able to meet the deadline, so lots of new orders became late delivery & I droped to level 1 user. Very sad :-(

Late deliveries doesn't effect rating but may be the reason is you replied late and because of low response time your level dropped .

Update: I checked your profile it says response time of 4 days this is the reason why your level dropped. Response time is very important.

I always respond fast 98% of the time in a few minutes still the response time says i answer in 3 hours, does not make much sense to me ;)

I think the only way your level will decrease is if you fail to follow the guidelines provided on the site. Aside from that, there is no other way some in level 2 can go back to level 1.
