Order does not start

Someone ordered something and he does not need to submit anything to me because it's something i just have to give him, however the order does not start automatically, it's PENDING, so i ask him to just send a message on the order, something like ' i hope i get it soon' however he wrote back to me OK but did not do it, order still pending...what can i do about this?

no he should have entered a message after he did it worked seems they do not start automatically

why don't you mention that go to shopping->My shopping->and enter the requirement there so that if the buyer is new you have to update to the buyer so that he will know.

Is this for a downloable item like a list or an ebook/script or something?

You need to mark it as "Instant Download" if that is the case else it will be waiting for him to provide your requirements before you can deliver it.

where can i mark that instant download?

Are you putting it in the Lists category? I think Instant Download only works for items listed in the Lists category..

maybe is because i changed it last week to list category it was first listed in an other category

Competitors doesn't matter. You can still rank up if you meet the requirements for the specific user levels.

I think the buyer should have left a message for such order to start. Just try and make him understand that it is the way it works here. Probably, he is a new buyer, so the reason for such delay.
