Retaliatory feedback!

So apparently, in addition to not being able to leave feedback when a seller cancels on you, or when they're two weeks late and you cancel on them; (because why on earth wouldn't you at that point? How long are you supposed to wait?!) when you finally do get to leave feedback? You just get slapped with "payback" feedback. This site's system is setup from the ground up for the user to get screwed!

That's terrible!

I would never do anything like this myself. I would cancel the order, refund or do whatever it takes to AVOID negative feedback in the first place, but if I got negative feedback from the buyer, because I was 2 weeks late etc.. Then I'd just accept it even if it'll hurt my business a bit. I'd only give a buyer negative feedback in case I actually thought they deserved it..

I totally agree with you. Some users are acting weird and they are trying to "protect" their business by leaving negative feedback on their clients too.. Which is totally wrong in my opinion.

This is the reason I always ensure that I have a good relationship with my clients/buyers on the site to avoid issues such as this. I mean what on earth would make one retaliate all in the name of making the other person feel worse. So, I don't see that as much as a reason as long as I communicate well with my buyers.
