I bought a gift card worth Dollar 35 for my another account today. But I didn't get the redemption code neither in my account nor in the email account of the recepient. This is not the first time that I bought a Gift Card, I have done it several times without facing a single issue.
I wrote a message to the Help Desk about 90 minutes ago but haven't got any reply yet.
