Sellers Copying your Bid Offers Word to Word!

I have been bidding on various WTB offers recently and what I noticed that some of the sellers copy your entire bid comment and that seems to be having a negative effect on my offer as well and it might look spammy to the potential buyer. Like something happend on this offer :

Is there anyway I can report this behavior ?

Yes Kashif you can report that bidder by contacting help desk http://helpdesk.ionicware.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit and give the subject report spam . They will look into the matter and stop these type of inappropriate spammers.

That is considered against the Seocheckout terms of service. If you would simply report it, they will take care of the matter right away. You do not have to worry that you will lose sales over this.

I had reported that persons profile. I also notice that that users had a habit of doing this and I am not his only victim.

Hi @Kashif4k,
You did the right thing by reporting the person's profile and the duplicate service.

I'm sure you know that copying another person's sales page is against Seocheckout rules. And, there are good reasons too.

It's OK to offer a similar service, but the sales page should be your own original content.

Although I rarely talk about this, the same thing has happened to me before.

At one time, another girl on Seocheckout copied my forum posting services sales page verbatim and was using it for her own. She actually earned a large number of sales just by undercutting the price a little.

And then I guess she went inactive and had late orders and stopped fulfilling the orders.

One of HER customers found my profile and commented very angrily on my service (which she had copied) with 'Is this you!?' He told me what this other seller was doing and how he assumed that person was me. Of course it wasn't me but that was his thinking, because she had copied my sales page.

He was SO so angry. Sellers Copying your Bid Offers Word to Word!

He thought that I was this other girl who was not doing the job.

I followed the link to look at the other service he mentioned and that's how I found out about all this.

Of course, I had no other choice to report the situation as her having the same sales page was making my potential buyers think badly of my own services.

I created a help ticket and explained the situation and provided links, showing how my service had been placed first. The copied service by the other seller was taken down within a day.

I hope this situation will be resolved in your favor. Please let us know how it works out.

@ Beverly

Your story seems even more scary than mine. But I also have to keep things in perspective all the time as this can happen to anyone.

I also noticed that sellers are not using the bid system effectively and just copy pasting their One-For-All comments for all their bids.

No surprise they are not getting noticed even with their eye catching font colors.
