Services being deleted

I have had more than one of my services removed without any explanation. Not an email, not a message, nothing.

I have spent over $3,000 on Seocheckout and am getting very close to leaving for good if they can't be more transparent and helpful.

I was talking to Derek rose, but he was became unresponsive about 3 hours ago. The most frustrating thing is I put the link out in my social networks now I have people contacting me saying that they're getting a 404 error and it makes me look bad. If my service needs to be removed for whatever reason, fine. Just let us know when you do it so we don't look stupid.

I've replied back to Ticket ID #DRG-786-90379, I haven't received a reply from you yet in 2 days. As @shivblogcom has stated, many services are now being removed, especially facebook 'like' services.

I think you should be a little more patient when dealing with these things. Creating a post just 3 hours after being unresponsive is too sudden, Ionicware have over 400k users and have to deal with a lot of tickets.
