Do you have many experience on ListingDock? Can you please answer my this question at the FAQ section I asked since last month but no one gave me an answer.
And by the way, there aren't much forums for ListingDock at The Clerks Nation Forum, mostly are for Seocheckout only. Even the helpdesk section doesn't have option website ListingDock when submitting a new ticket, how can I get help?

As far as when to mark physical items delivered; I wouldn't know, as all my services are done online. @Sean101 may know, as he sells different items over there. When I'm on the Submit A Ticket > General, the required Website selection field doesn't have the ListingDock option. So even though if I want to submit the ticket the same way through support, it isn't possible. Before I tell them I can't submit the ticket without selecting the appropriate website.
