    If you have legal training, such as legal assistant or legal clerk, can you prepare legal forms for clients on a freelance basis? Such as through a site such as seocheckout.

    It might depend on the laws for your state regarding legal professionals and legal form filing. Some states allow forms to be filled out by a para legal who is not a lawyer. Others only allow this under attorney supervision such as with someone who is employed in a legal office.

    If you are just filling out legal forms that should be alright as you are not actually giving legal advice on anything. The last part about giving legal advice will get you in trouble if you are not an attorney.
