Would you like to be a freelance travel writer?

I think it would be a fun job to be a freelance travel writer, to even blog or write about local home towns in my area. These articles could be sold to local or regional magazines either offline or online. Though I don't know how much money that would pay. Surely it would pay more than an online magazine.

That would be a great opportunity. Though I would find it difficult to travel away with my little guy, and I wouldn't want to travel without him. There's a new free newspaper that has start in my local area who are seeking article writers, now I don't really expect to get paid for the couple of articles I put in there, but it would be great for my portfolio build up Would you like to be a freelance travel writer?Would you like to be a freelance travel writer?

If you have a very creative writing style, then travel writing might be the ideal freelance writing job for you. Of course, you would need the ability to travel and take photos of the scenery and locations and be able to describe the places you visit very well. But the pay might be nice, depending on publication.

Yes this would be a really fun job. I would not mind traveling one bit and writing as I do love to do both.

I'm sure you would not have to travel to every place you blog about. But you would need to be very good at research and writing to sell it to the reader.

This will be awesome. It's like a dream job. I actually know someone who does this and she really likes her job. We get to learn many things by travelling and I am sure that we will have many things to write about on this subject. One can even start a blog based on this subject.

I am a traveler and I think I have enough knowledge of Asian countries. This year, we have been to 5 countries and we still have South Korea and Singapore on our travel menu. It's nice to think that I can be a travel writer. However, my priority in writing is my passion, i.e. pets.
