What are some reasons a buyer leaves negative feedback?

Negative feedback can be given by a buyer after the service is completed. Sometimes, the buyer will try to cancel the service, though already completed as complaint. And, other times, he will simply complete the order but leave a bad comment as a warning to others. What are some of the reasons this can happen? And, what can be done to make a buyer happy so you don't get negative feedback?

If the buyer doesn't give concrete directions up front, there could be miscommunication between buyer and seller that would cause the buyer to get less than satisfactory results.

Some buyers just can't be pleased, no matter how hard you work. You could work 10 hours a day for a month and they will still not be pleased. This could happen if they had unrealistic expectations about what you could provide.

Sometimes, the best thing to do in that type of situation is to simply cancel the service, rather than persevering on and suffering longer.

So true. It is sometimes hard to please that certain person, and if they are like this, then you might have a challenge ahead of you.

Just try to learn from the experience and find out how you can do your job better, rather than feeling down about the negative feedback.

Sometimes buyers haven't completely read your description and just don't understand what they are buying. If I suspect a buyer is one of those impossible to please ones then I'll cancel first, rather than go through a hassle later.

I agree that some buyers are just not pleased with anything that you give them. All you can do is work the best that you can and do a good job.

From experience there are several reasons buyers would leave negative feedback. I will state the ones I have personally experienced .the first is if the seller did not deliver at the speculAted time. This is the common reason buyers leave negative feedback. Also if they buyers do not follow the buyers recommendation or demands. Similarly if the product is different from what the buyer ordered or the term of the services changed. All these are terrible and buyers could leave negative feedback for these reasons.
