How can I reward loyalty?

Currently, some of my customers order forum posting packages at least once a month. And, to reward loyalty, I provide more than described in the forum package. This part is not a requirement, just my way of saying 'thank you for ordering again'. And, it seems to be very much appreciated. Repeat business is earned everytime. And, this idea usually works for me as it favors the customer.

Give ideas for rewarding loyalty to encourage repeat business.

Giving them extras is a great way to say thank you. For example if you post in forums you might consider giving so many free posts to them.

Make sure that your clients know that you appreciate working with them. Always tell them that it was a pleasure and then give them a few extra posts or offer to advertise someplace for them for fee(such as a signature link on your forum, etc).

Is there a way to include a coupon just for buyers who have ordered from you before? This could be a valuable way to show your appreciation of loyalty.

good idea Jackson. Not sure how that works but I like the idea.

Get your customers feedback on what is important to them. This might help you pick a loyalty reward that is worthwhile to the individual customer.

Offer periodic discounts on favorite services used by long time, loyal customers as this is likely to inspire future purchases.

I once had a contract to provide content to a forum. Aside from the long posts, I also make some extra posts. It is my way of establishing goodwill. I know that the contract will be renewed but the forum owner still had to source out a budget.
