What's your biggest distraction from work?

What's your biggest distraction when completing a gig or on the job? For instance, do you find that emails or Facebook take time away from gig work?

For me, the biggest distractions from work are Runescape and Skype. If I have either one up, people try to talk to me. And, then i have to take time to speak to them and that takes away time from my paying gigs. So I don't bother logging into Runescape or Skype until after all my gigs are completed for the day. And, that helps me get work done a lot quicker. So much easier to focus on work and get it done than trying to split my attention between three or four things.

A friend of mine who is a nanny always loves playing Facebook games on her Blackberry while on the job. But she only did that while the toddler was sleeping. This could be a really fun distraction.

What are some of the good/bad distractions that take you away from your job or gigs. How do you cope with distractions so you can get your gigs completed on time?
