Hello. I left a negative review for this order that I just recently purchased from FERRYNIMOUS. However it appears the thumbs up was checked instead of the thumbs down. I went back trying to edit this but it will not let me. Can a moderator or someone please help me.

Once again, this service is falsely advertised. I would love to get my money back and still be able to leave a review but evidently the review system is still flawed. Heck, I can't even update my review.
Service is adverted as "Real Followers" It cost almost double or triple what it would cost to buy "Fake Real Looking Follower". I asked and asked to make sure they are real and the seller said yes they are. I received all 1k followers in less than 24 hours onto my designated Twitter account. However, I lost 10%-20% of these "Real Follower" in less than 24-48 hours and I'm sure the rest will disappear too. I do not understand why it is so hard for people to advertise their services legitimately.
I looked over the followers and they are not real. The seller explained he controls all the account, but then said they are real, which makes no sense. He added 1,000 "Real Followers" to my account but not 1 of these "Real Followers" engaged anything on my account. I looked through the followers and they are all bot controlled to follow, retweet, and favorite whatever the person controlling them wants them to.
I would like my thumbs up changed to a thumbs down. I would also like administration to seriously look at the flaws in the review system. Why should I have to pay for a service just to leave a review on it?

Goto the service page and on right side of your review you will see edit option , If you have already edited the review from positive to negative it will be updated in 4-6 hours automatically it takes sometime to update the edited review .
Even after few hours if you dont see the review updated you can contact helpdesk and select "Report a Technical Bug" , They will help you and fix it for you .
And when you didnt received the required result you always have an option to reject work and negotiate with the seller, I can see that seller has already so many negative reviews almost 45+ , I am not saying donot buy from that seller but its just an advise to look at a profile completely before you order a service . And when order is mark delivered if you didnt receive the described results you can reject it and ask for modification . Donot mark complete unless you are completely satisfied .
And now if you cancelled the order and want to say anything about that seller there is a whole buyer comments space at the bottom you always have an option to tell other about the service there .
