there is Tag in sellers gig name "guaranteed" ,he promises to payback 100% if not complete in time, time is 12 days , in this time the seller cant cash out the money? is it safe to buy this?
When you buy a service, the money you pay is not given straight to the seller, it is on hold and is only given to the seller when they deliver the order and you also accept the delivery (by reviewing it or not responding for 5 days). So about the Guarantee, because the cash paid for the service is neither in you or the sellers account, after they deliver the order, if you are not happy with it, you can choose to use the Guarantee and you get your full cash back if it is 100%, or if it is lets say 50%, you will get half the cash and the seller gets the other half.
The Guarantee feature is to help buyers buy with more confidence know if things don't work out and the service is not delivered properly, they can get all or some of their cash back. [I]It should be used correctly and not be abused.[/I] :P

and if suppose you arent coming online for days and he delivers the order without completing it..
