Suggestion for half completed work

I noticed people trying to cancel orders when the order is half complete. I suggest a new option in mutual cancelation for the service provider, if the buyer suggests a mutual cancelation the provider then can submit a percentage of the funds for a percentage of the completed work.

I think the percentage of the funds should have a max of 50% since the work hasn't been delivered yet, once the provider submits the percentages the buyer then can click "suggest a percentage for mutual cancelation" as well until they are both satisfied with the percentage then the buyer and provider can click I accept the mutual cancelation for %percentage of the funds.

I know it would be a pain in the butt to code but I think it is worth it.
What are your thoughts about this suggestion?
