Oh God that really bad thing for freelancer. SO that we used payonner Card.
In this case u need to pay few cost for transaction SO need to know about some suggestion from u guyz?

the verificcation issue isnt a problem any more. there are many sites offering paypal verification using virtual credit cards as well as virtual bank account which you can use to verifiy your paypal. just do research on the internet.

till 2014 the paypal accepts virtual bank accounts but now they are not accepting virtual bank accounts (like payoneer) for verification. but you can verify paypal with virtual debit cards but cannot withdraw money through virtual debit cards.
MY OPINION IS find people in your country (emoney exchangers) sell or exchange paypal dollars to them. this is the only way to use paypal dollars in your country.
