While some of us use Seocheckout to advertise our services and earn money, others use Seocheckout just to buy services. So, for the most part, the buyer's profile is barren with no useful information (except for WTB offers). And, though buyers have the option to update their status on the profile, most don't.
Is there a way that a user could pick a custom profile page that emphasizes whether or not they are a buyer or seller? They would be free to still offer services for sale, even if they chose the buyer option.
The seller profile would remain as is, but the buyer profile would include links to recently purchased services (such as '... Jim recently purchased ... LINK) as well as actual reveiws left by that particular buyer for services he purchased.
As a seller, it would be nice to see what a recent buyer has said about others such as reviews they have left for other seller
This could help increase a buyer's credibility with sellers as well as give the seller's a preview of the person they will be working with. For instance, if they left a negative review on another sellers order, the seller could choose not to work with them or at least would have a heads up as to areas that might cause friction.
It would be good to know if a buyer is ordering lots of similar services or in the past has ordered unrelated services, which the seller could then offer to the buyer.
So for instance, let's say that someone orders forum posts from me and then I check out their buyer profile and it shows they purchased blog posts, then I might mention to them that I'm also a blogger and happy to create blog posts for them. That could result in additional Seocheckout sales.
My main goal with this idea is to help both buyer and seller improve communication and increase chance for more sales.
Any suggestions or feedback on this idea or how to improve the buyer's profile would be appreciated.
