I've been pretty active of late making purchases.
The problem is that around 35% of the Services that I've ordered are not being delivered or are just plain out fake.
Some sellers are also using tricky graphics. For example, one seller advertises 600 Social Mentions in the Service Graphic and then changes the deliverables in the Gig Description.
So, I have no recourse but to cancel the service. Yes, the funds are returned, but it throughs off my planning and promotions.
I would suggest a tighter vetting process, and also weigh cancelations against sellers.
It's really frustrating to order a service, have no response from the seller and then wait only to have to cancel.
