Can`t add funds from credit card

hello!

i want to add funds from card to my balance but can`t.

when i joined (3 days ago) i don`t remember how but i successfully added money from card to balance.
now i can`t.

if i remember right when you hit buyer-add to balance there should be displayed card but i only see paypal/payza+cryptocurrency.

i found this:

but i still can`t pay using my card that i added to my settings.
when i hit pay with paypal i see this

but not "Pay with my credit or debit card"...
who can help me?
