So it's been awhile since jumping around the forums on the web and was wondering @hitmeasap (sorry for the tag but I knew you'd know whats up) if they changes the commission payouts on affiliates that purchase services from you.
I remember Seocheckout offering a higher percentage for services you sell to your own affiliates. Guess they were noticing too much of a loss or.....?
Also, outside of that, as an X4 I'm supposed to make an extra 1% on all sales and all affiliate sales. I'm not seeing that either. Maybe something to forward to support?
Hey @ericplotz1,Thanks bud, keep me posted when they respond plaease.
Hey @ericplotz1, I haven't heard about any changes regarding affiliate commissions at all. However, I'm not 100% sure of this, but the way I understand things, the extra % on sales for being a X4-5 member isn't visible for you and automatically added to your balance after the clearing period.. That being said, I personally think that the extra % should be visible for those of us who's eligible, as we have no control at all over those % if what I stated above is the truth. Sorry for not being able to give you accurate answers for this. I'll send a ticket to the support regarding this and update the thread when I get proper answers, as I might be wrong. Regards, hitmeasap
I apologize for the delay in updating you, I missed this assignment.
If a user is your affiliate and purchases from you, you get 100% of that sale.
If you're level 4, you get 1% extra.
If you're level 5, you get 2% extra.
The extra 1 / 2 % is indicated on the balance page next to the order in red text. The actual price still shows the 80% based value but still indicated as getting the extra %.

@hitmeasap Lol. Did I miss something or did their response make sense to you???? About the only thing that made sense is the affiliate buying a service from me and me making 100% of the sale. I see they add a red 100% next to those sales. But what is 100% of the sale. Is it really 100%???? Seocheckout takes no cut?
What doesn't make even more sense is the affiliate and the 1-2% with the 80 percent said here:
The percentage is 10%. You earn an extra 1-2% on affiliate purchases making it in total 11-12%.
Either way where does it show up???? Support said:
The affiliate balance page indicates nothing like that. The only thing in red are incomplete orders.
This is the affiliate "balance page"
If you refer a user using your affiliate link and they purchase your own service(s), you will earn 100% of the funds minus fees. Fees are between 5-10% and cover the inbound and outbound payment charge issued by our payment processors. The affiliate cannot be linked to you in any way, including IP address.
To earn 100%, the order must be $10 or more and the buyer cannot be linked to the seller in any way.

@ericplotz1
I believe what you're looking for is this:
The "RED 100%" does NOT show up in the "Affiliate Earnings" Section, rather, it's in your "Personal Sales" Section
I only "Skimmed" through your conversation, but in case that wasn't it, I HAVE noticed that the Actual Price of that Service at the time was $10, so if I get 100% of the (20%) Commissions (from my own Affiliates), it's displaying that only 80% went to my Balance.
I hope it IS being Accounted for though....Somewhere.

@hitmeasap So Ive found a few more discrepancies. In the SS below all of those sales are my service that were purchased by affiliates. Yet only one has the 100% next to it.

I figured out why only one of those services had the 100% next to it. It's only for services over $10. My apologies for that, as it was my fault that I did not fully read the details.
The 1-2% is still a mystery tho.

Hi André,
I'm very sorry you should have been updated the other day when I said, I don't know what's happened.
I was mistaken initially, the 1/2% is not directly indicated and is simply added onto the funds when they clear to your account. Values show at 80%/normal but the amount actual added to your balance after clearing will be the 80% + extra percentage.
The extra percentage is for sales/affiliate sales but will not apply if the order is a sale with an affiliate(as you would already be getting 100% minus fees rather than the usual 80%), they don't get the extra 1/2%.
The indicator in red text I had mentioned in a passed reply was actually only related to 100% orders, that was my mistake.

Dillon
