how i back my money if order cancel without mutual cancelation?

how i back my money if order cancel without mutual cancelation?

any one can answer that how get back money if the order cancel. means buyer send cancel after order completed so that withdraw all cancel request but by ignore a request no withdraw so that automatically 2 days after order cancel. so now how can get the money back?
