Paypal payment to Seocheckout error

Hello - today i order service from Seocheckout and payd for it with Paypal
Paypal account - 5$
Paypal payment to Seocheckout error

But i didnt recive any new orders in orders area https://www.seocheckout.com/orders

So where is my payd order ?
