How can i remove negative Review

how can i remove negative review from my service, instead i had completed my Order and has Given with Positive Result, but he wrote negative review on my service, although i requested him to remove but clearly refused me, i have all Positive Review but only he gave me ( Red ) now please suggest me how can i get out from this trouble,

Only buyer can change it to positive review, so you may ask kindly again. If you are sure that you don't deserve thumb down, you can submit ticket at helpdesk and explain (to ask them to remove)

What if the buyer does not respond to you? Does that mean it's just stuck on your listing? I have one similar to this where I have all positive reviews but just that one negative one on there that was left unfairly.

The bad thing is how a buyer can ruin you so easily with that thumbs down review. I'd rather work in a review free environment. I don't want my future to hinge on a moody buyer's whims.
