Im just a new seller here, but not newbie in this online business though.
I have a question about level increment.

Currently, Im at Level 1.
But I have completes the requirement for Level 2 Sellers.
I have wait more than 3 hours but still at Level 1.

This is my status:

Seller

• Completed Orders: 7
  
• Amount Sold:
  
  
• Response Time: 7 hours
  
• First Sale: 56 days ago
  
• Rating: 100%
  
• First Withdrawal: 0 days ago
  

Buyer

• Completed Purchases: 3
  
• Purchase Amount:
  
  
• First Purchase: 35 days ago
  
• Rating: 100%
  

I just withdrawal my balance today (7/3/2014).
So all requirements has been completed right?

By the way, I still have 2 order waiting for clearance.
Is it affect for level increment?
