Why would you cancel an Seocheckout order?

I don't like cancelling an order as it means the customer will not be getting the services requested. Also, the cancelled order means lost income.

And, even on a really tough job that feels impossible to complete, I still try my best until the very end. Usually things work out for the best and I am able to perform the job on time.

However, there are times when I might cancel an order if I know it's impossible to complete the job.

For instance, I was working on one forum and it went offline for a month. I was unable to contact the forum owner. With the site being inaccessible, there was no way to finish the job. So I had to cancel. After all, if a forum domain goes to a parked page, that site is out of business.

What are some of the reasons you've had to cancel orders in the past?

That kind of thing is likely to happen once in awhile, where the site you are working goes out of business. It seems reasonable to think you will face that situation at least once in your freelance career. You must get other clients to replace the lost income.

I have cancelled almost $3000 orders in past 2-3 months .

Reasons:
  1. I am the only seller of that particular service on internet and it can easily be resold as its a method. We have came up with this 10 months back and No one else has it and few of my bad buyers tried to resell it on different marketplaces even here on Seocheckout especially from Asia region. So now we are checking each buyer and after confirming by looking at his background and social profiles We decide to deliver him or not .
  2. Recently I have cancelled youtube orders many youtube seller didnt because they dont care about order being late, Youtube was updated and views were dropping . I personally delivered those late orders for free as the views speed was slow and orders were about to go late so I sent mutual cancellation and delivered them for free as it was my error not there so why would they suffer .
  3. The third and most important reason for my cancellation is usually I dont like buyers rude attitude at all as I am very polite and liked being treated in return. They just treat sellers with no respect and I dont care about these type of buyers and not care about money either as my self respect is above money .( The best thing is almost 90% of them return back and apologizing for there bad behaviour after they search on internet and couldn't find the same service anywhere Why would you cancel an Seocheckout order? )

I absolutely hate cancelling orders, but I've had to because of miscellaneous reasons, such as:

  • Having way too much on my plate at once. If I have a lot of orders, or if my personal life is just too crazy, then I have to cancel. I have a very busy 5yr old, and I assist with caring for both of my Grandparents. It can be very overwhelming sometimes.

  • For a few months, I've had computer problems (still ongoing), and, of course, because of that I've had to cancel. Luckily the buyers have been AWESOME with understanding this. There was one that I canceled due to family issues, and refused cancellation, but I simply wrote a support ticket, and requested cancellation. @jordan was AWESOME and took care of it for me.

  • Power outages happens from time to time, so I've had to cancel because everything literally shutdown. I was barely able to get enough service on my cellphone to actually cancel the order...lol

  • Difficult buyers or buyers who had a large language barriers are the other reasons of why I've had to cancel. Life is too short to "Beckon" to high maintenance buyers who misunderstands, or just wants to be arrogant. $6-$13 (after 20% cut) isn't worth it. My time is valuable. It's valuable to me, my son, @Asmodeus , my Grandparents, etc.

As for me, i mainly concel orders due to buyers inability to respond to any questions/information that i may need to complete his order. some buyers are fond of not following the rules, they just place an order and vamoose for days.
