If a seller does not perform the job very well, is it advisable to leave a negative review or simply rate the order as complete and let it go? What would you do?

For instance... I am not one to leave negative reviews, as people are humans and have bad days in the same way as I do. I tend to have empathy for other sellers, because I am both a seller and a buyer here. What REALLY ticks me off is when a seller has a service you want (in my experience, it was hand drawn pictures) when in the end, it turned out he couldn't draw to save his soul.
I did give him a thumbs up because he agreed he would change his listing so he wouldn't mislead the customer.... But when I checked a few days later, it was NOT changed. Everything was still the same. I have left a comment on his listing about how his service isn't as advertised, and I left it as that.
That was the only time I have done such a thing...lol It really depends on how bad the service was. You pretty well should have your own expectation scale from 1-10, 1 being freaking spectacular and 10 being unacceptable. For instance...
