Seocheckout.com and Seocheckout.com???

I've always had an account on seocheckout.com.

But in my status update emails it links to the gig on seocheckout.com

Eg "To view your order and respond, please click this link: https://www.seocheckout.com/track?id=xxxxxx"

Why is there an seocheckout.com and an seocheckout.com and why does it link me to the version where I don't have an account on?

At first wasn't a biggy. But now its starting to get annoying.

Can someone enlighten me?

Thanks.

I have been told that Seocheckout is just another domain used by seocheckout.

A list of other ionicware sites are here:

Also some of the affiliate sites will be sending you traffic/orders too:

The forum logo goes to seocheckout.com. I am not sure why it would not just go to seocheckout.com as that is my preferred site to visit. Though I know they are the same site. I am just in the habit of using seocheckout.com rather than other domains.

seocheckout.com is used because google penalized seocheckout.com a while ago, was completely de-indexed.

Yaa i also think Google penalized seocheckout.com so that they are using seocheckout.com for all the things.

There were too many affiliate stores linking back to the main Seocheckout site. Also, many people were spamming the Seocheckout affiliate links on forums and websites trying to get affiliates. And, that hurt our search engine ranking. That's likely when the seocheckout.com domain came into being. Thankfully, all the hard work paid off and Seocheckout is once again found in Google Search.

Ahh the penny drops! I see. Someone said that they are both the same but I cannot login to seocheckout.com. Says login failed. Yet the same details work in seocheckout.com.

Is that a glitch or am I missing something? Sure would be nice and save me some time. Seocheckout.com and Seocheckout.com???

My login details work fine on both. I presumed that it would be the same for everybody.

Awhile back, someone pointed out how the forum logo for our Seocheckout forum leads to seocheckout.com. And, it still does that.

I just checked and it seems I am logged into both Seocheckout sites, though I only remember logging into one. I am concerned about logging out of either now as I don't want to lose my ability to login.

Actually seocheckout.com is still hurting. If you type "seocheckout" into Google, yes Seocheckout shows in the Meta Title, BUT look at the URL. It still says seocheckout.com

It's strange that you can log into both domains. I just figured they put a redirect on the old domain, but I imagine that would have screwed their SEO for the new domain as well. I guess J and the team had to do what they had to do, to get out of that penalty as quickly as they did and not completely have to reconstruct the site.

Kudos to Jordan. The more I think about it, it was pretty clever.

Both are same, both redirect to each other and are perfectly in sync with each other, probably it has been done to stop abuse of Seocheckout trademark.
