Earnings withdrawal

Hi, so before I put up any services on seocheckout, I had bought a service here. And after purchasing that service, my Seocheckout balance showed -the amount paid. When I started selling and making some money, I saw that the balance began to reduce and at a point became a positive number(i.e no more -). Now I have a certain amount of money in my balance and want to withdraw but for some reason, I cannot seem to withdraw my total earnings. Please note that the amount that I paid for the service is not "withdrawable" even though I have made that money back and I also paid for the service from my paypal. So what I want to know is, is there anyway that I can withdraw that amount paid to my balance and then to my paypal as I have already made the money back working on seocheckout.
