Not Paying Costumers

So this is what happen

Someone bought my service and I deliver the service, but he reject my service even I already explain that I already deliver as stated as my service details, I think he don't want to pay.. so I keep make the order status "rejected"

Can I ask support to complete it and forbid the costumers to give any rating? It's like that costumer are blackmailing me, please help Not Paying Costumers

Did he give a specific reason for rejecting the order? Sometimes, a buyer will feel there is still more to be done. Talk to your buyer to see if this situation can be worked out. If you have done all you can on that order, or the buyer won't give a specific reason for refusing the order, then you can ask for help via a help ticket on seocheckout. I don't know if they can stop your buyer from leaving negative feedback. However, they will look at the situation to determine if the work was submitted as requested.

i don't know even why few buyers doing like tihs i already face that type of problem , buyer buy our service by read all the description and terms and conditions than why they people reject our work after delivery.

This is happened to all seller but you can contact the buyer first why he/she canceled the order ? if he don't give any specific reason then its better .

i don't know even why few buyers doing like tihs i already face that type of problem , buyer buy our service by read all the description and terms and conditions than why they people reject our work after delivery.


This can be a very frustrating situation and sometimes it relates to the quality of work being submitted by the seller, especially if the buyer doesn't feel as if they received what was promised. And, other times a buyer will reject a completed order even when it is highest quality as they never intended to pay and assume they will get an automatic refund while bullying the seller into providing free work.
