At least ten times so far! Have you ever rushed into opening a forum?

Maybe that's a tiny exaggeration but over the years, I've owned numerous tester forums and they were all practice for the real thing. And, many were started on a whim, or impulse. And, of course they didn't last. But to me, that's OK as I value every tiny forum that I owned or experimented with and feel like my best forum ownership days are actually ahead of me. Have you ever rushed into opening a forum?

I have blogs for now not a forum and I don't regret ever creating them because there are helping me express myself better and also get my readers opinion about each Blogspot and through that means I'm also learning.I might consider having a forum in future maybe more on general topics.

Rushing in opening a forum means you are not fully prepared. More likely, you will just fail in the first week or month of operation for you may not have the right plans for the growth of your forum. My idea in launching a forum is when you are fully done with the design and marketing. With a good number of supporters ready to register and an error-free design, you can go ahead. But wait, do you have the staff who will handle the operations?
