Write the reason you're deleting this FAQ
I've ran multiple ads for my various websites and have noticed that some have a good conversion rate and others are just horrible.
Also, I've noticed that the cost per click can be much more than adwords. I've talked with a few people about how I can increase my conversions and a lot of them say you need to do a lot of split testing. I've done split testing, per their recommendations, but I haven't seen much of a conversion increase.
Do I need a few dozens of ads in order to get a more accurate a/b testing statistic? Could I run three to four ads and get an accurate statistic or do I need more than that?
I know cracking the code of advertising on facebook can bring in a huge ROI and not many people will give up their secrets. But any help would be greatly appreciated and I'd be willing to share my findings after implementing what I know plus adding in your information
Thanks,
Razzy

Retarget
Facebook also allows you to upload your current user email addresses and then advertise to them (re-targetting). This works extremely well and reminds your previous clients of your website, bringing them back. There are methods to this as well. You can target those users that sign up and never order or those users who signed up and ordered or everyone. I targeted everyone. You can also automate this with a service such as Perfect Audience which will do it based on visitor IP and usually result in a whole lot bigger audience to retarget too. I use both methods (email via FB and Perfect Audience). I always found the opposite to be true, the cost per click was less than adwords. Aside from that, the best way that I found to improve conversions is who I targeted. Using the exact same ads and text, changing the interest groups, ages, sex, etc always improved (or decreased) my conversions and I would record this. You'll need the FB conversion pixel installed (which is somewhat inaccurate) and also have conversions setup on your URL/analytics to track this. I setup hundreds of the exact same ad targeting different interests, areas, ages, etc and I put all this in the URL params so I could track in in analytics. I kept the top 5. This is a lot of work and takes a lot of time and money, but worth it. Retarget Facebook also allows you to upload your current user email addresses and then advertise to them (re-targetting).
