1. Due to the nature of URL are distributed, we uphold a no refund policy after I post the URL in order. So, the customers are responsible for ensuring their order(video number) is correct and they checked GIFs of videos carefully before purchasing the URL.
However, you can cancel your order and ask refund before I send you URL.
2. I will never send an invalid URL to the customer and I always check it before I send it. After I sent URL it’s your responsibility to check they are working within 24 hours. If the video is deleted, please contact me via my email for a replacement. You will get a replacement URL for sure and get another 24 hours to check it again since I send it to you.
24HR WARRANTY of replacement. However, If 24 hours passed since I send you the URL, no replacement and refund will be allowed.
