Customer Service Representative Job Duties:
Resolve customer complaints via mail or social media. Use other channels to reach out to customers and verify account information. Greet customers warmly and ascertain problem. Cancel or upgrade accounts. Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
Permanent and full time service is also available at negotiable rate
The hourly rate charged is 2$ and I am open for negotiation.
